Checking the Status of your Transaction

As an Investor, you are able to check the status of a deposit or withdrawal you have made into or out of a fund.


  • Access the Investor widget and select the fund you have a pending request in.



  • Select the History tab.



  • Click on the Requests button.



Your transaction will have a status. If your transaction is Pending, you will need to wait till the Money Manager approves it, or will be automatically approved within 24 hours.
