In the event that you are unable to obtain the code, you can disable 2FA on your account yourself manually through the Secure Passphrase feature.

You should validate this code first as a security step if Secure Pass is enabled.

How do you Deactivate your 2FA if you have Secure Passphrase Enabled?

• When attempting to get into your account, select “Disable 2FA.”
• The Secure Passphrase feature will detect that it is turned on. Input the Secure Password in the proper sequence as provided to you. Kindly note that you will have three chances to input the code.
• You will be forwarded to the Self-Disable 2FA procedure after inputting the right code.
