When a Fund is created, a Default Offer is automatically created, containing no fees whatsoever. It is the Money Managers responsibility to immediately amend the default offer in order to prevent investors from joining this offer.
Once an investor has joined the Fund with a specific offer, this offer can no longer be amended. Therefore if an investor has joined the default offer, you may either:
- Set the offer to Private to prevent further investors from joining.
- Set up a different Fund.
