How can you deactivate your 2FA Authenticator with the SMS method? 

• Log in to your FXSway account. 
• Click/tap on Settings. 

• Click/tap the green box next to Enable 2FA via SMS.
• You will instantly receive a 6-digit code to your phone. 
• Insert the code into the space provided.

• Click/tap Disable 2FA. 
  
  

Two-factor Authenticator is mandatory on FXSway. You will need to enable it with one of the methods available, this could be e-mail or via an authenticator app.

If you cannot access your account due to issues regarding the Two-Factor Authentication, kindly contact customer support.
