Why were your Documents denied? 

↳Proof of ID Document:

• Documents must be a Driving License, Passport, or another Government-issued ID document. 
• The picture of the document must be a clear colored photo that’s not expired with your date of birth visible and all four corners of the document showing in the photo. 
• Document invalidation takes place 5 days prior to expiration on the system. If your document is expiring within 5 days, please upload an alternative.
